Hi, I’m Naomi
Naomi is the founder and creative director of Brand Collective Property Styling, launched in 2013 and scaled to a six-figure business in its first year—without fluff or shortcuts, just real strategy and heart-led hustle. Since then, her studio has become one of the most recognised and fast-growing styling brands in the industry.
With a degree in interior styling and design, a strong background in business development, client engagement, and marketing, Naomi brings a unique fusion of creativity and commercial savvy to everything she does.
Her distinctive styling work—marked by bold use of colour, clever spatial storytelling, and an intuitive ability to create emotional connection through design—has been featured in print media, editorials, and national design magazinesincluding Grand Designs. She’s been a guest judge for the student design competition at Billy Blue College of Designfor two consecutive years and a speaker at multiple design and home shows, known for her insights on styling psychology, space transformation, and premium property presentation.
But beyond her business success, Naomi is deeply passionate about helping other stylists do the same.
